Beef Stew mixed with Waru and Peas

I went to visit my friend in her new house and since we had visitors we had to make good food. I helped her prepare this

Ingredients

4 servings

  1. 500 g beef, chopped
  2. 5 waru
  3. 3 Carrot
  4. I cup minji
  5. leaves Coriander
  6. Royco
  7. Oil for cooking
  8. Tomatoes
  9. Onion
  10. 2 cloves garlic
  11. Salt

Steps

1 hour

  1. Boil the meet until soft, then drain the water and keep aside for use later.  
  2. Chop the tomatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, and waru. Add the cooking oil.  
  3. Add the onions and garlic to the beef and stir after a while add tomatoes to cook till soft and well mixed  
  4. Add waru, carrots and minji. Then add enough water for soup or the kept aside drained soup.  
  5. Add the salt and royco. Simmer for some minutes then add coriander leaves.  
  6. Cool then serve with Chapatti
